OVERVIEW
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the legal content industry? Chambers and Partners is seeking a Content Coordinator to join our Content Management team on a 1-year maternity cover contract.
As a Content Coordinator, you will play a vital role in producing and delivering a wide range of cross-border reference guides for the legal sector. Our publications cover all major practice areas and are available in various formats under Global Practice Guides and Expert Focus, as part of Chambers and Partners’ commercial content division. Additionally, the team is expanding to manage regional practice area overview articles and a variety of digital media.
In this role, you’ll support the Content Coordination Manager, Content Manager, and Content Management Director in planning, administration, and production of publications. A key focus will be on managing external authors for Expert Focus and coordinating regional practice area overviews.
Your responsibilities will be critical to the smooth operation of the team, so we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and has excellent attention to detail. Since this is a customer-facing role, confidence and a professional demeanour are essential when interacting with law firms.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Professional communication skills
- IT Literate with a strong knowledge of MS Office programmes e.g. Word, Excel and Wordpress, Salesforce
- Strong administrative, time management and multitasking skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate deadlines and submissions with contributing law firms. The Content Coordinator serves as primary liaison between the customer and the Content Management team.
- Interdepartmental communication with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery of content to the Content Management team. The Content Coordinator works closely with the Content Management team to ensure that content is delivered back to the customer and approved for publication..
- Create, update and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases with a variety of data for scheduling and distribution purposes.
