Description:

3Pillar is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative team player to join our marketing team as our Content & Creative Operations Manager. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of content and creative development, ensuring processes run smoothly and deliver high-quality results. Additional responsibilities include serving as the 3Pillar brand manager ensuring our visual identity and positioning/messaging are maintained consistently across all brand touchpoints as well as owning event/conference enablement to ensure our sales organization has what it needs to drive event ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, brand management, or content strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, thorough and detail-oriented, and will proudly highlight those skills as key assets.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing content across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to lead brand management efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Content production process development and management: Understand the content production and deployment process, and ensure that the content strategy is executed efficiently and effectively. This includes collaborating with our SEO consultant and internal subject matter experts to maximize our inbound content marketing efforts, as well as with our other writers/agencies, practice/industry leaders, and executives to deliver persuasive, sophisticated thought leadership. Create and update processes as needed.
  • Vendor management: Own the onboarding, support and billing processes for our external contractors, including working with our IT and A/P teams to secure appropriate access to set our extended team up for success. Serve as the main POC for questions around billing, budget management, and upcoming support needed.
  • Technology & training: Choose and manage the technology and tools that support content operations; train new hires on processes and technology tools
  • Performance measurement: Measure the performance of the content team against throughput goals
  • Brand Management & Integration: Oversee brand management efforts, particularly during periods of organizational change, such as acquisitions or major announcements. Ensure smooth integration and alignment of acquired brands with the 3Pillar brand identity.
  • Graphic Design Oversight: Manage the work of external designers to ensure brand consistency and delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop client/prospect presentations that support business growth initiatives.
  • Conference & Event Branding: Lead the design and production of branded materials for conferences and events, ensuring impactful representation through assets, collateral and branded swag.
