• Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Coming up with great content ideas that bring communities to life across platforms.
• Finding new content ideas or working as per the brief.
• Ensuring the brand is represented accurately and consistently in all creative efforts.
• Participating in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
• Attending and contributing to work reviews, regular check-ins, and goal planning sessions.
• Providing constructive suggestions and feedback to directors on the creative team, structure, and process.
• Managing deliverables in a timely manner and assisting the creative team in understanding ideas.
• Reporting on the performance of posts and social media pages.
• Drafting FAQ sheets and answering community inquiries.
• Scheduling and publishing approved content on social media pages.
• Identifying opportunities for content work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors.
