Job Summary:
As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in crafting compelling content that highlights our properties, services, and market expertise. Your experience in the Dubai real estate sector will be instrumental in creating engaging material that resonates with our target audience and drives brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, creative, and engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Create visually appealing content, including images, videos, and infographics, showcasing our property listings and services.
2. Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market.
- Incorporate market insights into content strategies to maintain relevance and credibility.
3. Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts to engage and expand our audience.
4. SEO and Analytics:
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly.
5. Collaborations:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align content with business objectives.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for professional-grade content.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in content creation within the Dubai real estate market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and audience preferences.
- Proven expertise in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and visual.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
