RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to

  • This is a dual content creator / front desk office position.
  • Create high-quality video and photo content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Filming, Video editing, video storytelling
  • Welcoming visitors while assisting them with any questions or preparations for their tour
  • Prepping guests with appropriate forms and procedures
  • Duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails and taking reservations
  • Overseeing tour reservations and rentals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in filming, photography, and editing
  • Customer-service is key. You MUST be a people person
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience working in a tourism office setting preferred
  • Clear and professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in managing reservations and maintaining records.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
    Contract length: 4 months
    Pay: $17.40-$18.40 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Weekends as needed
