POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Content Creator & Videographer, you’ll play a key role in the creation, production, and post-production of engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects, using your videography skills to create polished, trend-driven videos that stand out on social media. If you’re a content creator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about staying ahead of digital trends, this is the perfect role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in video content creation, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work in short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.).
• Proficiency in video editing software, including DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the context of TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Knowledge of basic videography, including lighting, framing, and camera techniques.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail – you know what looks good and can execute it.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.

• Create Engaging Video Content: Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form platforms.
• Videography: Use your videography skills to shoot content that is visually striking and optimized for social media. You’ll work on location or remotely with the team to capture footage for various projects.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance raw footage using industry-standard software like DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and other tools to produce polished final videos.
• Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and viral content strategies to ensure our content stays relevant and engaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize video ideas, storyboards, and content calendars.
• Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for platform-specific requirements and best practices (aspect ratios, captions, music, etc.).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content aligns with brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging.
