Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As a Content Creator at Zego, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s voice and visual identity on social media platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. You’ll be responsible for producing entertaining, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our various audiences. This role requires someone who’s comfortable both in front of the camera, creating engaging video content, and behind the scenes, managing video production, editing, and distribution strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce creative content for social media that aligns with our brand voice and mission, helping to educate, entertain and engage our audiences about our product/offering.
  • On-Camera Presence: Serve as the face and voice of Zego in video content, appearing in explainer videos, how-tos, and entertaining short clips to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and mobile video editing apps.
  • Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media platforms and find creative ways to incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Social Listening: Proactively track and analyse mentions of Zego, our competitors, and relevant keywords on social media. Offers real-time insights into customer opinions and market trends to inform creative strategy.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and campaigns, contributing to the overall team strategy.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with followers by responding to comments, participating in relevant social media conversations, and fostering a sense of community around our brand.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools, and continuously optimise for engagement, reach, and conversion.
