We are looking for a Sales Enablement Content Designer who is passionate about creating impactful sales and marketing materials. In this role, you will craft visually compelling content, streamline asset management, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive engagement. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years’ experience in graphic design, marketing design, or content creation in a B2B setting.
  • Experience working on sales enablement materials, both in designing visuals and writing sales and marketing copy.
  • Strong proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Canva, and MS Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Basic motion graphic and video editing skills.
  • Ability to work with and enhance existing design language.
  • Strong file and asset management skills.
  • A proactive approach to research and collaboration when developing content
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing goals—not just creating visually appealing assets, but ensuring they drive engagement and conversions.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in B2B Sales Enablement, B2B SaaS, and/or the Energy Industry is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Sales processes and requirements.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

IronSight is currently looking for a Sales Enablement Content Designer to:

  • Create and manage high-quality sales and marketing materials that support our sales team and drive customer engagement.
  • Develop visually compelling and effective presentation decks, case studies, one-pagers, webpages, product mock-ups and other sales and marketing material.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets to ensure seamless access for the team and speedy workflows for yourself and other internal creators.
  • Leverage design tools to enhance the clarity and impact of sales and marketing materials.
  • Provide basic internal training on where to find resources and how to use tools.
