Description:

Associate Director, Content + Innovation
We’re looking for an Associate Director, Content + Innovation, to join our team of experts striving to drive breakthrough work on the Google account. In the role, you will play a key role in delivering content and experiential client initiatives (i.e. branded content, integrations, collaborations, experiential, influencer, sponsorships) for clients, providing creative solutions that arise throughout the ideation and execution process. Experience should include campaign management ranging from media-centric branded content programs to experiential based consumer engagement initiatives, in addition to strategic thinking skills and knowledge around emerging media platforms.
The Content + Innovation team plays a vital role within the agency, driving content initiatives from ideation through execution in addition to sourcing opportunities in emerging technology that prepare clients for the future of media. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Director as a key point of contact for execution of activations, including liaising directly with clients, leading communication and collaboration between internal and external partners, and creative oversight on program elements.
  • Manage scope, budget, timelines, assets, approvals, learnings and PCA’s, etc.
  • Oversee finance process, leading on booking, MSCs and invoice approvals.
  • Meet regularly with publisher brand studios, content creators, TV networks, and influencer marketplaces, fostering relationships.
  • Stay connected to relevant marketplace trends, supporting the team in composing client requested and proactive points-of-views.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Planning, Activation, Strategy and Analytics to ensure key contacts are kept abreast of day to day projects.
  • Support the role out of Creative Futures internally and to clients, showcasing the breadth of opportunity available by working with Creative Futures
  • Opportunity to manage junior team members, supporting the Director in the running of the team.

The Associate Director is a key figure in the team, will be seen to lead internal and client facing sessions, have developed a strong profile in the agency and is someone junior team members can speak to for advice and guidance.
