Position Overview
The content assistant supports the sr associate/associate in executing content plans and campaigns for seasonal launches across devices in EMEA and LATAM. They will work cross functionally to lead the execution of divisional content refresh plans (circa 40%) and continuously monitor the sites to ensure that all content is showing correctly and on time. They will aim to identify customer facing issues within content and lead the collaboration with internal and global teams to rectify prior to being flagged outside the team. The role is key to delivering data analysis to the associates to help inform content plans for future refreshes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute E2E process to deliver seasonal content plans for divisional remit circa 40% to drive KPIs.
  • Ensure all content is tagged correctly for tracking to be able to report on campaign performance.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance reports following all campaign launches to ensure learnings can be used for future campaigns, drive business decisions of localization, and to share successes/opportunities with wider business partners.
  • Update records of finalized content launches to be able to look back and compare campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on content comps ensuring they match the regional plans.
  • Complete UAT for all launches (content, site releases, and site enhancements) in a timely manner to not delay launches.
  • Complete ownership tagging for each region to share with sr associate/associate to ensure investments in key marketing looks.
  • Complete daily site checks to ensure content is showing as planned and consumer journey is optimized.
  • Maintain commercial awareness across regions for an understanding of key competitors campaigns.
  • Update content calendar ensuring it captures last minute changes.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

This role is ideal for someone early in their ecommerce career and would love to work in an exciting global brand.

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to get stuck in and learn
  • Positive “can-do” attitude
