Job Description:

As a Content Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficacy and impact of Global Excel Management customer facing content. The Content Management Specialist will oversee the prioritization of optimizations across several channels including but not limited to the virtual help center FAQs, automated email templates and member portals. You will also support other departments’ initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A Bachelors degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience;
• Five years in a Content or Knowledge Base maintenance role;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects that require seeking internal validation and feedback;
• Experience overseeing translations strong asset;
• Outstanding communication skills in English and French (written and verbal); other languages such as Spanish are an asset;
• Attention to detail; exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
