REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English and Polish, French or German are a plus
• Experience working with CMS: WordPress
• Desire to work in a result-driven start-up
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Empathy and a positive attitude above all
• Ability to work both independently and in a group
• Eagerness to learn
• An open mind and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Objective: Ensuring that Packhelp’s content is well distributed across all markets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for content localization at Packhelp
• High-quality, timely, and cost-effective execution
• Keeping language consistency across all touchpoints - naming, glossaries etc…
• Managing CMS: WordPress and internal PIM system
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing, and any other necessary teams to complete projects
• Managing translation process for all outgoing initiatives in product/dev
• Adjusting localized websites to the local standards (i.e. American vs British English)
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional collaboration between Packhelp and the content agency
• Responding promptly to any content inquiries
