As part of our expansion for our regional business expansion in the area of content services, we are inviting candidates for the position of:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Content management/operation process
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive customer experience and maintain composure in difficult situations.
  • Confident in using MS-office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with brand compliance, design systems and DevOps Tools (AEM & JIRA) is a plus
  • Ability to start immediately will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Global Design Operation with Standard Guideline & Policy
  • Operation governance with process management
  • Responsible for content management and content strategy of websites in multiple Southeast Asian markets
  • Responsible for ongoing weekly and monthly reports of multi-market operations
  • Review web sites/ ad Creative/ video for content quality based on Content Guidelines
  • Thoroughly check ad content with quality and accuracy.
  • Analyze data and evaluate trends/ patterns as guidelines.
  • Recommend generic pattern to be translated into rules.
  • Escalating questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the team.
  • Preparing & Maintaining Training documents, SOPs & any other documents.
  • Preparing weekly process reports & sending out to the concerned people.
  • Monitoring workflow and re-assignment in the team & handling shift-issues, daily stand-ups, updates and escalations.
  • Manages the workflow of content publishing and relevant approval/escalation
  • Constantly obtains feedback to enhance and continuously make improvements
