Content Marketer - Remote
ThinkMarkets is a global financial technology company specializing in providing multi-asset trading solutions to thousands of clients worldwide. We leverage the latest technologies to deliver seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms.
We are looking for a content marketer with exceptionally honed writing skills and experience in Fintech marketing. The role will sit within the marketing department on the content team, and report to the Head of Marketing. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product and Customer Service teams to ensure high quality content across all channels, including the website, paid media campaigns and , other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Write engaging content on various external mediums to draw people to our website, such as social media, search engines, paid media,
  • Assist in creating and driving the content marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and internal business partners to deliver highly effective initiatives, which includes website content, branding and promotional campaigns, email journeys, display ads, video and social.
  • Producing and managing content on the website that creates a journey through the marketing funnel.
  • Have a deep understanding of our audience segments and tailor content to their needs.
  • Have a firm understanding of our company – what we do, who our clients are, what we communicate to them (and why), using those insights to shape and support our content strategy.
  • Work across multiple projects for different areas of the business simultaneously, being able to switch between different forms of writing such as long-form educational articles for the website, as well as writing search ads for paid media.
  • Create and manage multiple journeys for different phases of the customer lifecycle, understanding customer needs and tailoring content to them at every stage.
  • Monitor content and the data behind it, have a strong understanding of SEO and how to get the best out of a piece of content.

    Requirements :

  • 4+ years of proven experience within a content marketing agency or in-house marketing team

  • Experience working within financial services, fintech or trading is a must
  • Mandatory fluent English speaker
  • Proven track record of increasing the visibility, sales, or audience size of a brand
  • A team player mentality, who is comfortable with collaboration
  • Experience in reporting on content using google analytics and SEO tools
  • A very good understanding of content marketing and the part it plays in the marketing funnel
  • A good understanding of on-page SEO best practices
  • A highly creative approach, ability to think outside the box and have the desire to test different approaches to find the right one
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in both long and short copy
  • Self-starter approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Experienced in writing different forms of marketing communications
  • International experience is highly desirable
  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices for delivering communications that grab/earn the customers’ attention
  • PR experience is a plus
