As we continue to grow and shape the market, we’re looking for a visionary Content Marketing Manager to propel our brand to the forefront of the industry.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be integral to the Brand and Demand Gen team, reporting directly to the Head of Brand Creative. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that builds our brand’s authority and reaches our target audience effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling, keen on transforming our company into a recognized thought leader. You will focus on delivering high-quality content that engages potential customers at the top of the funnel, nurtures leads in the middle, and converts at the bottom.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of professional content creation experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing effective content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems like Notion, Asana, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to produce and interpret performance analytics to guide content efforts.
  • Experience managing content teams and working collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development:
  • Lead the creation and execution of content marketing strategies to support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer success.
  • Manage the overall editorial calendar and content production to align with business objectives across various media.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ghostwrite and produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, webinars, and other digital platforms. Podcast experience is a plus.
  • Enforce content style guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Write copy for blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers and other supporting marketing content.
  • Review and edit a wide range of content, ensuring it meets quality and brand standards.
  • Produce SEO-friendly content that increases visibility and drives organic traffic, while also being optimized for conversion.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitor content performance and customer engagement metrics to refine strategy.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and adjust content strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Build strong relationships across marketing, design, product, and sales departments.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring all content is strategic, on-target, and delivered on schedule.
