SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with non-profit organizations or understanding of their unique challenges in fundraising.
  • Experience writing for B2B SaaS or tech platforms.
  • A passion for creating engaging, results-driven content.
  • A data-informed mindset to experiment, analyze, and optimize content.
  • Experience driving measurable improvements in engagement and conversions.
  • A collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Partner Marketing, and Events.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly motivated Content Manager to drive measurable impact on our 2025 marketing and business objectives. This role is a critical component of our strategy to enhance account-focused engagement, optimize content for conversions, and deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
As the Content Manager, you’ll create and execute conversion-focused content across campaigns, email, and digital assets, helping us hit key performance targets, including: Increasing Target Account Engagement, Improving Email Performance, Optimizing Conversions, Campaign Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating, optimizing, and scaling content initiatives.
  • Landing Pages & Ads: Create compelling, optimized copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Email Campaigns: Write and test high-performing email sequences to enhance open and click-through rates.
  • Conversion Oriented Assets: Scope and create copy for online calculators, infographics, reports and interactive demos to drive engagement and high conversion rates.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze content performance, iterating to improve KPIs.
