We are on the lookout for an experienced Content Marketing Manager who can bring creativity and innovation to our team. In this role, you’ll lead our content marketing strategy, and contribute to broader marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on crafting compelling, insightful, and influential content that resonates with our target audience.
Your role will be a part of the Marketing, Brand, and Communications department. Working closely with both internal corporate and external client-facing departments, the department focuses on driving awareness, adoption, and influencing revenue. It sets marketing strategies, goals, and handles all execution from beginning to end, creating customer experiences that nurture leads that support the company’s growth and vision to be the cyber defender of choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Be at the forefront of developing technical content and thought leadership strategies.
  • Generate quality, data-driven content, by collaborating closely with subject matter experts to capture their insights to develop threat advisories, research reports, whitepapers, and blog posts.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the company’s leadership team, cybersecurity experts, marketing, sales, partnerships management, to produce cohesive and impactful content that resonate with the company’s target audience.
  • Leverage various channels and platforms to distribute thought leadership content, including websites, social media, email marketing, and partner collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the Field and Campaign Marketing, as well as the Strategic Communications teams to capture the interest of clients and the wider public.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in digital, market trends, and the IT and cybersecurity services industry.
  • Analyse engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to refine content strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of working experience in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant roles. Experience working in an IT or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the English language is a must, with proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, or Bahasa Indonesia, considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in content development, with a focus on technical writing to promote products and services.
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Keen interest in the technology or cybersecurity industry, with an interest in remaining abreast of the latest technological advancements, such as AI, and applying it to the job context.
  • Open to working in a dynamic environment and embracing adaptability to changes.
  • Strong communication and written skills with experience working in a cross-functional environment within a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to propose sound recommendations to the wider firm.
