ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a creative and motivated team member with a passion for communications and storytelling. Are you our ready to bring your talent in content marketing to Harmonic?
As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll work with the corporate marketing team, subject matter experts (SMEs), internal and external contributors to manage marketing communications content development and position our products and solutions with value-based storytelling. Your aim will be to align with business objectives to generate brand awareness with target audiences, increase engagement and capture new leads.
You’ll ensure efficient content lifecycle management as you execute content marketing roadmaps, participate in content strategy development, and support content marketing campaigns at Harmonic.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Strategy Development: Define and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals and that addresses audience needs
- Content Calendar Planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating the timing of campaigns, publications, promo assets, and other deliverables
- Content Creation, Optimization and Curation: Write, edit and manage content development for marketing tactics in various formats including for web, video and print: emails, videos, presentations, webinars, events, brochures, newsletters, articles, and other assets, for distribution across multiple communication channels
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Coordinate content development activities with internal and external stakeholders, and align content development and campaign activities across teams
- Content Distribution and Promotion: Develop strategies for distributing content across various platforms, including email, social media, and paid channels
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with digital marketing to measure content effectiveness, optimize and adapt the content strategy based on data insights to improve performance over time.
- Style, Tone and Voice: Ensure Harmonic’s tone, style, and voice across channels and maintain the Harmonic style guide and templates
