Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 5 years in a content marketing role
  • Proven experience in engaging, supporting, and creating content that speaks to prospects and clients
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and client-centric mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Incredibly organised
  • Proficiency in CRM software and email management systems
  • Mentor and support junior team members and help them grow and develop
  • Ability to work with skilled freelancers to support the creation of deeper thought leadership initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the content marketing strategy – being considerate of hero, hub and hygiene content types – working closely with the wider growth team to create a strategy that aligns to our growth personas wants and needs
  • Responsible for bringing our brand proposition to life through content marketing, ensuring our brand message cuts through in both UK and US markets
  • Collaborate with product specialists to strengthen group marketing strategies, as well as individual channel plans
  • Analyse data to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for optimising and continuously improving our approach to content marketing
  • Ensure our on-site content is rooted in SEO best practice
  • Identify key content opportunities, organic and/or paid
  • Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
  • Collaborate and brief junior members of the team and/or third party freelancers as and when required to create supporting content
  • Lead the awards strategy and delivery process for the agency (product only); across both UK and US markets
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align awards entries with our brand proposition to ensure our brand messaging is consistent across all content
