Relay has entered an exciting new chapter of growth. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Content Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing on our product content strategy.
Reporting to the Content Marketing Lead, the Content Marketing Manager will join a team of quality- and goal-obsessed marketers and creatives who want to help small businesses succeed. If you are looking to contribute your experience and skills in a fast-growing startup; we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Product content strategy to create engaging and educational content for customers and prospects.
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight the value and benefits of the Relay platform and its features from a customer-centric perspective.
- In collaboration with the Product Marketing Team, build and maintain a content calendar to support product launches, product campaigns and ongoing customer stories.
- Develop and produce content to support the Sales team to convert prospects into customers, including product one-pagers, pamphlets, email templates, in-app announcements, newsletter content, short-form videos, and more.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback and testimonials to enhance content relevance and impact
- Support other members of the Content and wider Marketing team with product-related content insights and editing.
- Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage and coordinate external resources, such as freelance writers, designers, or agencies, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Stay up-to-date on competitor product content as well as marketing and industry trends to support content development.
- Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of content and proactively offer suggestions to improve or iterate on content to drive impact on business goals.
- Flex your writing and editorial skills to ensure that product-related assets are on-brand, on-point, and delightful to our audience.
