Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and performance metrics analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that drives conversions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • A passion for visual communication, including design, data visualization, and storytelling.
  • A portfolio showcasing published thought leadership content on high-authority sites.
  • Extensive experience in landing page creation, including SEO optimization, CRO, copywriting, and design.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and CRO, with proven results in growing site traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of white-hat link-building practices, including guest posts, infographic submissions, and outreach campaigns.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of experience in:
  • SEO, with proven results.
  • Content editing and writing, including long-form content.
  • Managing content marketing efforts.
  • Leading or coordinating with freelance writers, designers, developers, and video producers.
  • Tools such as Webflow, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators, ensuring consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all content formats.
  • Oversee the production of various content types, including blogs, white papers, videos, podcasts, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, product marketing, and sales) to optimize content for search, conversion, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to continually refine strategies and improve ROI and engagement.
  • Drive thought leadership by producing content that positions Saras as a leader in the eCommerce analytics industry.
  • Define and execute a content plan that supports both marketing needs and broader business objectives.
  • Set and track KPIs for the content marketing department, such as site visits, time on page, blog subscribers, trial registrations, and paid conversions.
  • Manage a team of writers and subject matter experts to consistently deliver creative, authoritative, and original content across various formats.
  • Ensure content consistency by adhering to style guides and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the creation and publication of thought leadership content for the company blog and external sites.
  • Develop content partnerships with non-competing sites that share a similar audience, such as marketers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
  • Oversee guest posting, link-building, and PR efforts to achieve monthly goals related to mentions and backlinks from high-authority sites.
