REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital content creation, public relations, or marketing communications, preferably within digital, technology, or social media sectors.
  • At least 2 years’ recent experience in a writing or journalism role, ideally within a tech or online media environment, backed by a standout portfolio of impactful work.
  • Excellent English proficiency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in various marketing communication disciplines including brand strategy, corporate marketing, customer relationship management, and internal communications.
  • Highly creative, with strong problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A passion for the real estate industry and a collaborative, energetic team player.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You will spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy across both digital and traditional platforms. Your role involves conceptualizing, crafting, and driving dynamic content initiatives that position our company as an industry leader. This includes generating engaging and high-quality content for various media channels like social media, blogs, and our website. You will also collaborate with our multimedia team to produce viral property-related videos and live broadcasts aimed at lead generation from a diverse client base including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement innovative content strategies that include crafting annual content calendars, leading brainstorming sessions for major ideas, and authoring diverse content forms such as reports, infographics, and video material.
  • Provide expertise in creating and curating content for internal and external marketing communications. This includes press releases, digital media contributions, event promotions, award submissions, internal newsletters, and HR communications.
  • Strategically craft and refine content that is compelling and tailored to meet SEO standards, ensuring it engages different target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to curate a robust content pipeline and translate evolving data insights into actionable content strategies that enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Offer strategic support and insight to optimize content-driven initiatives that enhance key business metrics such as content discoverability, viewer retention, and other relevant performance indicators.

The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, and collaborating on video production projects aimed at lead generation.
