Description:

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • CRM (Wordpress)
  • CRM & Marketing Automation (Hubspot)
  • SEO/SEM Certifications (SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, etc.)
  • Google Workplace Suite and/or MS Office Suite
  • Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) - certifications strongly preferred
  • Project Management Tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
  • Analytics Dashboards (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Research & Reporting

  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to learn and write about new topics, such as translation services, artificial intelligence, etc.
  • Support SEO efforts, including conducting keyword research, content creation, on-page optimization, etc.
  • Conduct regular, ongoing analysis of content and social media effectiveness to ensure KPIs are met (and exceeded).

Content Creation

  • Produce well-researched thought leadership pieces in the form of website copy, blogs, infographics, social media content, and more to attract and engage key target segments.
  • Review/edit the work of others to ensure content is accurate in grammar, messaging, style, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience (UX).
  • Craft product-related content, including sales collateral and knowledge base articles, by collaborating with design, product marketing, tech, and operations teams.
  • Support the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are always met.
  • Oversee content operations and ensure workflows are being followed in our project management software and that deadlines are being met.

Social Media

  • Draft engaging social media posts catered to our audience, incorporating a variety of content, formats and multimedia.
  • Oversee scheduling and day-to-day management of social media posts.
  • Engage with our social media followers, influencers and partners, in order to expand our reach and increase engagement.
  • Convert our social media followers into email subscribers and prospects within our CRM.
