JOB SUMMARY

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and refining a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and target audience, ensuring that content remains fresh and relevant across various platforms to engage and grow the company’s online audience. The role is also in charge of conducting research to find potential influencers who align with the brand’s values and target demographics and engaging them to promote the products of the company and build brand presence.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in content creation, digital marketing or related field.
• Content creation skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficient in content creation tools and platforms, graphic design software etc.
• Ability to produce high quality content that engages and resonates with target audiences.
• Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• 8 hour shift
• Flextime
• Monday to Friday
