MUST HAVE

2+ experience in content creation, preferably in a software company
Exceptional written and spoken English & Polish (min. C1)
Experience in lead generation through content marketing
Knowledge of SEO writing practices
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Knowledge of tools, including Google Search Console, Semrush, SurferSEO, Google Analytics, Hubspot
Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically
Can-do attitude and high communication culture
Problem-solving skills

Design and execute SEO-driven content strategy to align with broader business goals
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact topics and search trends
Create the quarterly blog post plan
Write, edit and optimize content in multiple formats (including blog articles, landing pages, ebooks)
Implement SEO best practices (including keyword integration, meta tags, internal linking, and readability optimization)
Use AI and automation tools to streamline content production
Hold the responsibility for content distribution
Follow & improve the company’s Tone of Voice
Measure, analyze and report on content marketing performance
Conduct A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, and content structure
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis
Manage external content pieces like articles by external writers, developers, etc.
Support the work of other marketers and non-marketing departments, especially Sales
