ABOUT THE ROLE

The marketing team exists to create, manage, and deliver targeted content to customers, prospects, staff, and the community to increase brand awareness, generate revenue, and develop quality long-lasting relationships.
Based full time at our Head Office in Penrose and reporting to the Digital and Product Marketing Manager, the Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing the content strategy based on specific business goals and objectives. If you love creating and delivering high-quality, engaging content to drive business success, we want you on our team!
Our ideal candidate will have an audience-first mindset, understand the nuances of content delivery, the advantages and shortcomings of each platform, and the know-how to utilise content in all facets of the marketing funnel. They will also be proactive, a real team player and have a keen interest in and passion for educating customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver content that drives traffic and engagement which translates to sales and brand promotion
  • Copywrite and publish communications, helpcentre content, service updates, and other content with the guidance of the Digital & Product Marketing Manager
  • Implement digital content strategies across all online platforms
  • Create and implement creative marketing tactics to effectively deliver content
  • Measure and report on our content performance to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Create and deliver content for internal campaigns
  • Deciding which platform/s and medium/s different kinds of content are best suited to
  • Proactive in learning digital content and social media trends
