Our Marketing team is looking for a content specialist to build and execute customer-centric messaging and content assets that focus on how technology improves the customer and audience experience. You will deliver a high volume of B2B assets across five different brands and multiple verticals, such as restaurants, retail, transportation and banking, using a unique voice and value proposition accordingly.
You will be responsible for writing and producing compelling brand narratives, collateral, and content this can range from blogging about technology for Christmas shopping, to highly technical long form content requiring internal and external research.

Key responsibilities across brands include:

  • Collaborate with web and campaign teams, design teams, product and brand managers to define and execute highest quality content.
  • Execute against a content marketing strategy that includes both top of funnel and mid-funnel content. Create refined, compelling content including: video scripts, blogs, articles, website content, case studies, product spec sheets, white papers and infographics.
  • Work with SEO specialists to optimize content, create content outlines, as well as be an active member of in-bound lead generation and digital marketing team.
  • Work with the paid search team to create and refine content that continually improves paid search and display ads.
  • Organize a high volume of content requests, and work with the communications manager to prioritize and keep content moving through creation and effective promotion.
  • Bring fresh ideas for content and communication to the team.
  • Assess the current state of customer-facing content to identify needs, deficiencies, and gaps.
  • Work with the analytics manager to track and report content effectiveness metrics to internal stakeholders, as well as continually monitor, analyze, and tune messaging to maximize conversion.
  • Work with the public relations manager to create content such as press releases and media pitches, increasing industry awareness of STRATACACHEs technology and solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a complementary field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, digital marketing, research and brand marketing.
  • Outstanding copywriting, editing and organizational skills.
  • Experience creating content for a variety of mediums, using unique voice and tone.
  • High attention to detail including accurate and effective customer communications.

Additional Great-to-haves

  • WordPress experience
  • Google Ads and GA4 experience
  • Knowledge of design best practices
  • A passion for learning and writing about technology
  • Experience working with a product management or engineering team
