We are looking for you, a CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST, to join us for an impactful and exciting journey in a scale-up environment.

YOU HAVE MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE

• You are experienced in content creation: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities to produce engaging and relevant content across various formats (blogs, videos, infographics, social media, etc.) tailored to specific audiences, both B2B & B2C. Experience in social media management is expected.
• You are experienced in SEO and Analytics: Knowledge of search engine optimisation and the ability to analyse data to track content performance and refine strategies.
• You have audience understanding: Skills in researching and understanding target audiences to create tailored content that resonates and drives action. Vapaus’ main target groups are employers, their employees, and the bike shops.
• You have experience using design tools such as Adobe, Figma, or Canva to create engaging marketing & sales materials.
• You are familiar with CMS, CRM and automation tools (Hubspot or similar) and AI-driven technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
• You have strong writing and editing skills both in Finnish and English to produce clear, compelling content - Swedish and other languages would be an asset.
• You can work with cross-functional teams at a fast pace and articulate your ideas clearly.
• BSc in Marketing or similar field is expected
• This role is based in Finland but you can work remotely

In the CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST role, your main responsibilities are:

• Creating, coordinating, publishing and optimizing engaging content across the Vapaus website, social media channels, email marketing, customer lifecycle messaging and other relevant touchpoints, also together with our important bike shop partners.
• Researching and coming up with content ideas that match the Vapaus’s tone and values.
• Supporting the Finnish Growth team in various daily marketing and customer communication tasks as well as coordinating, promoting and organising online and physical events.
• Planning, supporting, and executing targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns to drive demand, generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Communicating actively to stakeholder groups; Vapaus internally, bike shop partner stores and customers.
• Coordinating, implementing and developing Partner marketing activities
• Coordinating and implementing user lifecycle-messaging (copywriting) end-to-end process closely with the product tea
