You’ll focus primarily on our gift & loyalty product, leading the charge in producing engaging, high-quality resources. Through in-depth research and a keen understanding of our voice, you’ll ensure that all content aligns perfectly with our brand. Your work will play a key role in shaping our brand and driving our growth, making you an integral part of our success.
As a Content Marketing Strategist at Paystone, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring your projects to life within your deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the buyer journey for of our target customers and crafting content that resonates with them at every stage.
  • Tailoring content for an enterprise-level audience, where decision-makers are leadership teams at larger businesses.
  • Creating captivating and engaging written content for a variety of formats, including blog posts, case studies, reports, webinars, videos, and emails.
  • Positioning our company as a thought leader by developing and showcasing expert content that highlights our unique strengths.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and the product team to produce relevant and high-quality content.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine and adapt your content.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and enhance existing content.
  • Delivering your work on time and in-sync with the marketing content calendar.
  • Copyediting and polishing content to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Managing and organizing content within the HubSpot CMS.
  • Working seamlessly with remote team members through Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.
  • Not being over-reliant on generative AI.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience creating impactful content for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Flawless written English with A+ grammar skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and SEO in today’s evolving landscape.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing content in a CMS like HubSpot.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset for solving problems.
  • A can-do attitude with a thirst for learning.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • BONUS: Experience with video content creation.
