About Us
Buzful is a fast-growing social media marketing agency working with brands across various industries to create high-performing content. We’re looking for an experienced Content Operations Manager to oversee client communication, delegate tasks, generate content ideas, and ensure smooth execution of content strategies.
This is a long-term role for someone highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing social media workflows. You will act as the bridge between our clients, editors, content producers, and social media managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Client Communication & Approvals (via WhatsApp & Slack) – Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring content aligns with their brand vision and approvals are obtained on time.
✅ Oversee Content Workflow – Manage and streamline content operations to ensure smooth execution across multiple brands.
✅ Delegate & Manage a Social Media VA – Assign tasks and oversee social media managers handling scheduling, engagement tracking, and admin tasks.

✅ Generate & Provide Content Ideas for weekly client filming and send to producers:

• Develop general Instagram Reels concepts for some clients.
• Use ChatGPT & “Viral Hooks” to create engaging, high-performing content ideas for others.
• ✅ Coordinate with Editors & Creators – Work closely with video editors, content producers, and designers to refine and finalize content.✅ Ensure Quality Control & Brand Consistency – Review content for branding, engagement strategy, and overall quality before approval.✅ Manage Performance Reporting – Provide insights into content performance and suggest improvements to enhance results.Who We’re Looking For:⭐ Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.

• ⭐ Creative Thinker & Content Strategist – You understand how to develop viral content ideas, trends, and hooks to maximize engagement.

• ⭐ Social Media-Savvy – You understand best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts (you won’t be posting, but must know how content performs).

• ⭐ Problem-Solver & Strategic Thinker – You proactively identify challenges and implement solutions.Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a social media management role.

• Strong understanding of content strategy, client communication, and workflow management.

• Experience managing a team or virtual assistants.

• Familiarity with Slack, WhatsApp, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus.
