We are looking for someone to manage a team of analysts and ensure successful distribution of our most timely content through various channels – digital, social media, email, advisor communications etc.
As a Vice President in Content Operations will be critical to ensuring our clients and employees have the timely and relevant information they need each morning while they get their coffee. We’re a highly motivated team that operates like a news organization. A positive outlook, attention to detail and fresh ideas are encouraged.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 8 years of experience working in communications, business news media or marketing.
  • Impeccable project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and work well across a matrixed organization. Mixed with a want to roll up your sleeves and handle several execution tasks on your own.
  • A process savant who enjoys bringing order to systems and drives more efficient use of resources to deliver content and experiences at speed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Sound judgment and keen awareness to identify and flag potential risks.
  • Ability to understand and use data and metrics to make decisions and explain content effectiveness.
  • Customer-first thinking & Ability to work collaboratively and partner with others.
  • Strong initiative, energy and confidence.
  • Genuine interest in the world of financial markets and personal finance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the distribution of multi-media content; including web-based articles, emails, social posts, videos, and live webcasts.
  • Partner closely and build relationships with an array of cross-functional stakeholders including content creators and strategists, marketers, product managers, tech experts and communicators around the company to deliver content at high velocity with fast turnaround times.
  • Be a chief internal communicator and air traffic controller for content needs across many internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee a team that will ensure published or distributed content is up-to-date, accurate and delivered in a timely fashion. Develop the team to perform at their highest level.
  • Develop, manage and optimize a series of processes to enhance content delivery across a number of distribution points.
  • Partner with legal, compliance and controls stakeholders to ensure content needs are meeting various legal and regulatory obligations
  • Leverage materials from other lines of business within J.P. Morgan to provide clients with relevant and timely content.
  • Effectively balance multiple strategic projects and execute on tight deadlines.
