Description:
Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest rights-holder, sport’s governing body and media production houses in Asia-Pacific and each year we deliver Australia’s premier sports and entertainment event, the Australian Open (AO). We are now looking for a Content Producer to join our team on a full-time, fixed term contract basis for a period of 6 months.
As this is a seasonal contract, we request full availability, particularly flexibility across the summer months of December - February.
About the role
As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating patron communication for all Summer of Tennis events. In this role, you will collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent multi-channel communication to inform our customers and workforce, before and during the events.
In this role you will:
- Develop and manage multi-channel communications.
- Create engaging, clear and consistent content for the Summer of Tennis events across various channels such as web, app, edm’s, sms notifications and digital signage.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and ensure cohesive communication across all platforms.
- Design and develop engaging content that meets the needs and interests of our audience.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to continuously improve its effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, and ensure all communications adhere to Tennis Australia’s brand guidelines and high standards.
About you
What you’ll bring to the role:
- A bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, PR, Communications or a similar field, or 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proven background and experience in content creation and/or management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, with determination to find the best outcome for all projects.
- Ability to work both independently and effectively as a team, contributing to a positive and successful work environment
- You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
