Responsibilities:

As Content Production Lead, you’ll play a key part in shaping Ausgrid’s brand and reputation, showcasing our work through compelling and innovative content across digital platforms. From day-to-day updates on topics like outages, storms and safety, to spotlighting exciting strategic initiatives like community batteries and our EV fleet, your creative touch will make a real impact!
You will work closely with several key teams, including Brand & Reputation, Public Affairs, Property and Employee Engagement, to develop and deliver engaging content across our website and social channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that keeps the audience engaged, utilising a mix of creative techniques to ensure the content remains fresh and relevant.
Your tasks will also include producing visually stunning and high-quality content, such as video and photography, to capture attention and tell our brand’s story. Balancing multiple priorities, delivering both short-turnaround strategic initiatives and ongoing content needs with efficiency and flair is critical for this role.
You will lead the end-to-end content creation process identifying opportunities, taking briefs, engaging and building relationship with internal stakeholders, coordinating shoots, managing production and ensuring compliance with safety and brand. By leveraging feedback, you’ll refine process and approach to deliver content strategies that deliver on our business objectives.
Additionally, you will partner with the website and social media teams to amplify content, ensuring that our strategic messages are clear and impactful. Above all, you will maintain Ausgrid’s brand consistency, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our guidelines, while delivering creativity and clarity.
