Responsibilities:
- Lead production, in adherence with operating plan, for any and all campaigns planned in the MMS system
- Manage tracking of samples between agency partners, ensuring products are available for numerous production streams, often running concurrently
- Ensure accuracy and of all item/pricing information, verifying with pricing teams to confirm compliance with internal guardrails for savings messaging
- Manage team of 3 SJC on-site coordinators to ensure adherence to project plans in MMS for flyer and digest channels.
- Work collaboratively with Design Services to ensure creative treatments are applied correctly and in accordance with the marketing calendar.
- Monitor status of all projects planned in MMS system and issue reports on missing products/info/samples to Customer Experience team prior to MMS locking date, escalating as needed
- Support advertising planning in internal MMS system, updating permissions and making edits as needed.Support in production of incremental digital pages outside of annual scope to support Walmart Connect and other category initiatives.
