The Programs and Market Insights Team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok content. The team works on creative solutions to bring key moments and priority content categories to life by launching programs that inspire creativity from our diverse creator and publisher community. By making use of ecosystem data we develop editorial driven content programs and set measurable goals. The team help to localise global or regional content initiatives and collaborate with many different internal cross-functional team day to day. We’re a fast paced, results oriented team, working across multiple projects and teams both in London and globally.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Take the lead in planning and executing content campaigns in the UK. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful rollout, from initial planning to completion, for each campaign.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Central and Regional teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal, to ensure campaigns meet objectives and are in compliance with regulations. Coordinate resources and processes across teams to streamline execution.
  • Content Program Management: Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns for high quality content and Global IP (TV/Film, Sports), ensuring alignment with central best practices and standardised operating procedures. You’ll be responsible for customising campaign plans and reaching out to creators to boost engagement.
  • Measurement & Optimisation: Monitor campaign success and optimise for performance by tracking KPIs, evaluating results, and iterating on strategies to improve future campaigns.
  • Creator Engagement: Work with the creator team to enhance creator engagement by developing strategies for outreach and supporting community-building efforts such as webinars and creator groups on Discord/WhatsApp/WeChat.
  • Content Programming Management: Drive discovery by utilising all available in-app tools such as push notifications, in app websites, email campaigns etc.
  • Market Customisation: Adapt global content and programs to suit regional market needs, including the customisation of assets and translation, to maximise impact.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on program performance, analyse results, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of creator economy and proven experience working with creators & creator related product
  • Understanding the creator product journey, product tools across different platforms
  • Experience working in program management/development, product marketing, and/or product management
  • Proven experience working with complex data sets & the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Design experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
  • Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross culturally
