We are seeking a Content & Social Media Strategist to spearhead our online presence and develop engaging content across multiple platforms. This role combines creative strategy, content creation, and audience engagement to enhance our brand and connect with our customers.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who excels in social media management, copywriting, storytelling, and social media advertising. You will be responsible for developing original content, scripting YouTube videos, managing newsletters, facilitating influencer collaborations, and performing voiceovers for our YouTube channel. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Strategist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across text, image, and video formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Skills:

  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills for both online and print mediums.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and relationship-building techniques.
  • Ability to perform voiceovers with clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn sewing industry terminology to craft effective marketing materials.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Research audience preferences and stay ahead of industry trends to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy for social media and digital platforms.
  • Write compelling copy for marketing emails, advertisements, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other platforms.
  • Script and conceptualize YouTube videos, ensuring alignment with brand tone and goals.
  • Record voiceovers for YouTube content as needed.

Social Media Management & Advertising:

  • Manage social media accounts and develop an optimal posting schedule to maximize web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve advertising goals, such as increasing reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee the layout and branding of social media channels.
  • Develop programs to engage followers, such as promotions, challenges, and other interactive campaigns.

Influencer Collaboration:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and complementary brands to build a strong network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Facilitate conversations with influencers, manage partnerships, and monitor outcomes to measure ROI.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Apply best SEO practices to all digital content and suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance and advertising campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and graphic designers to create visually compelling campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and suggest creative ways to attract new customers, such as promotions and competitions.
  • Train team members on best practices for social media use.
