ABOUT THE JOB

The Content Specialist is responsible for managing the content creation, translations and delivery of content requested by the markets . Besides project management, they discuss the content strategy with the Senior Marketing Specialists and the Global Marketing Manager and ensure that the material produced is compliant, and in line with the company tone of voice.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in the field of marketing, languages, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in content creation and content strategy.
• Project management skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of content distribution channels.
• Understanding of automation and AI for content creation
• Native or native-level English speaker, any other West European language is a plus.

• Content strategy: Tailor customer-centric strategy with the marketing teams of each region. Understand the local personas and Oikocredit’s unique selling points to brief copywriters.
• Project Management: Lead and manage the content creation process in different languages with copywriters. Coordinate feedback rounds with the branches and any legal or compliance checks when required.
• Quality control: Ensure the client-facing content is aligned with Oikocredit’s overall strategy, tone of voice and quality standards.
• Asset management: Create and maintain a glossary of terms in every language to ensure consistency, and a library of assets produced by each market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-collaboration on content creation across branches, alignment on calendars and releases of new material.
• Monitor and optimise: Measure the engagement of the content placed on digital mediums and use the data to refine the content creation process.
