Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Content, Development and Product Teams.
  • Lead strategic client accounts and regular client interactions.
  • Document client requirements and client interactions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as data strategy and support the Content Initiatives.
  • Take end to end ownership of data related issues, including database infrastructure and maintenance procedures and knowing whom to involve from Content and/or Technology (Development).
  • Partner with Customer Success teams and support them on pre-sales initiatives and other activities such as reviewing RFP and RFI submissions and client onboarding.
  • Work closely with the various partners in the Development team. Handle requirements writing, project planning, project execution, UAT, defect fixing and delivery of projects.
  • Provide direction in drafting requirements documents, cleanse activities, research and project initiatives.
  • Translate external market policies, rules, changes in regulations and events into internal and operational requirements.
  • Proactively discuss and call out any service issues using the appropriate channels. Take end to end ownership of the customer concerns.
  • Develop a strong inclination towards various automation and simplification.
  • Drive service excellence across Content teams for our customers internally and externally.
  • Take the lead in assessing field comparison or data coverage comparisons with competitors. Provide a summary of findings/recommendations as needed.
  • Represent the data groups in projects or discussions that significantly affect how data is stored, maintained and/or organized and provide expert-level contribution to these discussions.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Corporate Actions Content, Content Distribution platforms and Products.
  • ISO 15022 knowledge and its applicability across the asset classes.
  • Excellent Project Management, Business Analysis and Requirement writing skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and or Python Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in stakeholders’ management
