This dynamic role combines social media management, content development, creative writing, and digital strategy to amplify our brand and engage diverse audiences. As a key member of our team, you’ll craft compelling stories, develop strategic content, and leverage your skill to enhance creativity, process and efficiency—all while ensuring every piece of work reflects authenticity and thoughtful effort. Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and drive audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our Social Posting Pillars: Industry, Leadership, Health & Safety, Company Culture, and Teamwork.
  • Write and publish bi-weekly industry-related articles and employee features.
  • Collaborate regularly with our internal Design & Communications Team
  • Engage with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and company goals.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize strategies and stay ahead of trends.
  • Report to our Director, Communication & Brand Strategy
