Content Specialist III (Cell Therapy)

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, cell biology, or a similar field. A graduate degree in science is preferred but not required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of bench science experience in cell culture, cell biology, molecular biology, or a related area, with extensive experience interpreting scientific data.
• Extensive technical writing experience, including preparation of scientific journal articles, white papers, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cell therapies such as CAR-T, MSC, NK cells.
• Experience and knowledge of bioprocess workflows in cell therapy and antibody therapeutics.
• General knowledge of content marketing or industry-standard methodologies for promoting and selling upstream products.
• Experience creating technical marketing content, with previous marketing experience being a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build alignment and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
• Experience with project management software is a plus, enabling you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Minimal travel required (10%), allowing for a good work-life balance.
