As a Content Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and publishing content on behalf of the International Markets team in Integrated Services. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the content management tools and approval processes, working cross-functionally with international teams to ensure that critical product information is communicated clearly and accurately to our stakeholders.

  • Educated to degree level is preferred. However, if you have experiences / skills relevant to the position we are also interested to hear from you.
  • Comfortable with adapting to change and positively collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of project management in a global context for vehicle program timing, software (over the air) timing and agile IT timing.
  • Proficient understanding of legal review and publication processes.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills; attention to detail and quality output focussed.
  • Sense of urgency; the ability to prioritise and get things done in challenging conditions.
  • Desirable IT Skills; experience with content management tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager), project management tools (e.g. SmartSheet/JIRA), basic knowledge of HTML (or markdown) and good skills with MS Word & Excel.
  • The ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
  • Familiarity with versioning control and/or record keeping is desirable.
  • Experience working in a tech-driven environment.
  • A genuine interest in new technology.

LI-Hybrid

  • Lead Project Management for OTA Release Notes (over-the-air). Create, localise, publish, and track OTA release notes for Europe.
  • Author approved product description content into AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) for Integrated Services products in EU / IMG (Australia, New Zealand).
  • Create, update, and maintain a glossary of consistent product disclaimers for usage across omni-channel communications.
  • Publish legal documentation and obtain new legal language identifiers from the CLIMES consent platform, on behalf of the Subscriptions Platform and FordPass channels in Europe.
  • Support legal reviews for upcoming product launches and work with the marketing team to proactively check where new disclaimers may be required.
  • During sign off, conduct tone-of-voice and content checks with the marketing team and their playbook.
  • Create and own the approval workflow for business, legal and market localisation copy sign-off.
  • Support the market engagement forum and react to any changes that are required from the European market specialists.
