ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Content Specialist is the brand guardian for the Swedish market, ensuring all content is of the highest quality, culturally relevant, and aligned with our brand identity. Reporting to the Regional Content Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the consistency, accuracy, and impact of all customer-facing content. With a meticulous eye for detail and a strong focus on driving performance, you will oversee and create all local content before publication, ensuring messaging is not only on-brand but also resonates with the local audience and influences consumer behavior effectively.
This role demands a proactive, collaborative, creative, and results-driven individual who can take full ownership of content initiatives in the Swedish market. You will be hands-on in the execution of all owned media—adjusting creative templates, copywriting, and managing the technical (yet user-friendly) setup of audiences and app banners within internal tools. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating cross-functionally and leading localization efforts for both regional and global projects and campaigns. Additionally, you will plan, curate, and optimize user-generated content (UGC) for social media platforms, working closely with collaborators and agencies to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. As part of an international Content team with colleagues in nine different countries, you will have the opportunity to exchange insights and gain a deeper understanding of global content strategies while tailoring them for local success.

  • Translate, write, and refine marketing materials to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Work closely with Regional Brand Marketers to maintain brand tonality and messaging consistency.
  • Work closely with local marketing managers to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Implement changes in in-app inventory (such as Discovery) in collaboration with the Consumer team.
  • Collaborate with influencer marketing agencies to create and share engaging, high-quality content.
  • Support broader marketing campaign execution and oversee the quality of all localized materials.
  • Coordinate with local marketing managers to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to align regional strategies with global standards.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
