JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a driven Content Strategist to develop and implement content strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. This role involves determining the most effective content formats, conducting keyword research, and analyzing user engagement metrics.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content strategy and project management.
- Proficient with content management systems, keyword research tools, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and analytical skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with CRM software and advanced content scheduling tools.
- Background in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
- Familiarity with video content production and graphic design.Advanced certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketing platforms.

- Maintain a detailed editorial calendar to manage content delivery and ensure timely publication across all digital platforms.Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital channels.

- Analyze content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
- Conduct content audits to evaluate the performance of existing content.
- Perform content gap analyses to determine what content is missing and what is needed.
- Delegate tasks to writers and editors and provide constructive feedback.
- Establish style guides that specify the writing style and tone required for engaging content.Gain a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
