JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a content strategist passionate about driving the growth of tech businesses. Operating in a fast-paced, energetic, and results-driven environment, the ideal candidate will be pivotal in developing content strategies for OtterHalf and our clients. Responsibilities include content creation, content strategy development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to solve real business problems, aligning your content output to business objectives and brand guidelines. You might face complex challenges, but you’re supported by a small and mighty team at OtterHalf.

REQUIREMENTS:

General Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to pitches for potential clients, crafting compelling concepts and narratives that secure new business opportunities.
  • When applicable, develop brand content guides for clients, ensuring consistent branding across marketing materials
  • Conduct comprehensive branding research, creating captivating brand stories for clients.
  • Research and strategise content pillars, providing a foundation for content creation and distribution for clients.
  • Review and edit marketing content for clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines and briefs provided.

Content Marketing for OtterHalf:

  • Optimise the current content strategy and process for OtterHalf, driving increased traffic and supporting company goals.
  • Audit, edit, and create content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Oversee the writing style and tone for all content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consistency across client and OtterHalf projects.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of content marketing strategies, evaluate the impact on key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Support and assist with internal programmes run by the company.
  • Other ad-hoc work as assigned by the company
