Description:

Robert Half Corporate Communications is seeking an experienced Content Strategy Manager to plan and produce content that enhances brand reputation and credibility, addresses customers’ needs and pain points, and supports business growth. The role requires strong critical thinking, data analysis, project management and collaboration skills.
Reporting to the Director of Content Strategy, the Content Strategy Manager will work with cross-functional teams to determine and execute content-driven campaigns and leverage performance metrics to optimize content strategy and recommend improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of communications or marketing experience
  • Proven experience in content strategy development and management, with a portfolio of successful content campaigns
  • Attention to detail and strong critical thinking, project management, collaboration and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret content performance metrics
  • Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products and experience using enterprise work management platforms
    The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
    $74,000.00 - $110,000.00

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with and supports our organizational goals, as well as sales, marketing and public relations activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams – including marketing, social media, public relations and internal communications – to ensure alignment and smooth execution and distribution of content
  • Partnering with the Content Services team and project managers to create production schedules for a variety content formats (e-books, presentations for webinars and events, infographics, videos, etc.) and ensure deadlines are met
  • Checking that all content is on-brand; consistent in style, quality and tone of voice; and optimized for search and user experience
  • Helping develop surveys of hiring managers and workers, with a focus on topics of interest to customers of Robert Half, to use in thought leadership and sales, marketing and public relations programs
  • Leveraging business updates from Robert Half executives and field staff to inform content strategy
  • Tracking labor market data, workplace trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in content creation and distribution
