REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in program management, digital content publishing and management, or experience in a writing or editing role
• OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing customer-facing learning content, such as tutorials, videos, training courses, etc. or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or experience in a writing, or editing role
• OR equivalent experience.
• Recent experience with digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training, online ads).
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• People management experience.
• Experience using LLM tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, and familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered content creation.
• Strong data competency with proven track record of deriving insights from data and using data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.

• Help envision and develop new AI-assisted tools for rapidly building micro-learning content for Copilot and Microsoft 365 products.
• Help define and then oversee the development process, from needs analysis to production to evaluation, and ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the content.
• Hire and lead a team of micro-learning designers and developers.
• Validate new micro-learning content for audience fit and effectiveness.
• Define new success metrics and analytics for micro-learning content.
• Partner with other teams, such as product management, engineering, marketing, design, and customer support, to understand customer needs, get feedback, and gather usage and impact data.
• Analyze customer feedback and content analytics to curate micro-learning library.
