Description:

Your tasks

  • Responsible for ensuring the availability and continuity of the Continental Cooperation Portal. The Continental Cooperation Portal is a platform used for multi-party software development and Integration
  • Being the initial contact point for all users of the portal, internal and external. The incoming issues must be documented and if possible, resolved. If quick resolution is possible then the issue should be forwarded on to the development team for deeper analysis and resolution
  • Responsible for fulfilling the defined KPI’s of the service. This is a 1st and 2nd level support position
  • User documentation, Knowledge Base Articles and How to’s should be created and maintained
  • Regular feedback meetings with the development team to identify reoccurring issues or improvement potential
  • System performance monitoring and feedback on user experience

Your profile

  • Academic degree in Information Technology (Master) or comparable qualification
  • Long Term professional experience in Information Technology or comparable
  • Understanding and experience of ITIL processes and tools
  • Experience in a support role
  • Generic user management and role concepts
  • Software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Jenkins, Github, Grafana etc…
  • MS- Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent English and Basic German written and spoken (optional: Korean, Japanese, Chinese)
  • Good communication skills, experience in writing documentation for different purposes (ex. Users, admins, etc.),
