Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Talent Solutions is looking for a Contingent Business Partner to join this high performing team working with our MSP client, DPIE located in Parramatta, Sydney.
As the Contingent Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner with deep expertise, you will also be consulting around best practice sourcing strategies, workforce planning, recruitment and supplier management whilst assisting with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.

AS A VALUED MEMBER OF THE TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Act as a true relationship manager responsible for the day-to-day operational activities relating to the recruitment of contractors
  • Work with Hiring Managers in your assigned portfolio to identify workforce planning needs and supplier engagement strategies
  • Partner with and guide the Hiring Managers through the recruitment process
  • Requisition management, Fieldglass maintenance, conducting job briefs with Hiring Managers and suppliers, supplier liaison/ management, candidate selection management, resume review/screening, assist with Interview scheduling and generating offers and ensure all relevant information is passed onto your assigned Workforce Specialist for onboarding of successful candidates.
  • Take part in various recruitment projects
