MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contingent workforce support, HR operations, recruiting, or VMS Help Desk; Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred.
- Fluent English is required with ability to also communicate professionally in either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, or other contingent workforce VMS tools.
- Proficient with MS Office; strong Project, PowerPoint, and Excel skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lam Research is expanding Asia-Pacific operations and seeking three Contingent Workforce Specialist to oversee the Contingent Workforce Program in the region. These positions will report to the Contingent Workforce Program Manager in the US.
Location: On-site Flex. Allowed to work remotely but must reside in the Penang area and be able to work in the Penang office periodically.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day to day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program utilizing a vendor management system (VMS).
- Providing program guidelines, policies, and procedures support for managers and suppliers.
- Providing escalated contingent worker support and issue resolution.
- Ensuring streamlined on-boarding and off-boarding of contingent workers.
- Partner with internal teams on quarterly and project-based efforts.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure processes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders on an on-going basis.
