Description:
SPECIFIC SKILLS / EXPERTISE / PRODUCT:
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience in coordination role
- Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good English level

Responsibilities:
- Expert in the Contingent Workforce environment
- Extensive communication with internal stakeholders involved in the Contingent work force like Recruiters, HR BPs, Managers and Business at large
- Extensive communication and daily liaison with Contingent work force agencies
- Liaison with the Contingent Workforce Officer to ensure smooth contingent Work force administration
- Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
- Support the Contingent Work Force Manager for any topic in relation with Contingent workforce (rate bands, frame agreement, etc..)
- Ensure Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) in liaison with HRBP’s and Managers
- Ensure our legal and compliance rules related to agency contracts and Contingency workforce documentation
