Contingent workforce Specialist

SPECIFIC SKILLS / EXPERTISE / PRODUCT:

• Experience in administrative work
• Experience in coordination role
• Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
• Good English level

• Expert in the Contingent Workforce environment
• Extensive communication with internal stakeholders involved in the Contingent work force like Recruiters, HR BPs, Managers and Business at large
• Extensive communication and daily liaison with Contingent work force agencies
• Liaison with the Contingent Workforce Officer to ensure smooth contingent Work force administration
• Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
• Support the Contingent Work Force Manager for any topic in relation with Contingent workforce (rate bands, frame agreement, etc..)
• Ensure Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) in liaison with HRBP’s and Managers
• Ensure our legal and compliance rules related to agency contracts and Contingency workforce documentation
